As an award-winning older people’s charity, we work closely with individuals, families, and carers every day, giving us a unique understanding of the challenges they face when trying to find the right care and support. Through this experience, it has become increasingly clear just how great the demand is for a clear, trustworthy, and easy-to-use resource that brings everything together in one place.

The Care Directory has been created in direct response to that need. Drawing on our knowledge, insight, and connections within the sector, this directory offers a carefully curated guide to home care services and related support, including legal advice, care homes, and retirement living options. Our aim is to simplify what can often feel like a complex and overwhelming process, helping people make informed decisions with confidence.
