Established in 2005, the London Ophthalmology Centre is an award-winning private eye clinic specialising in cataract and glaucoma care, together with advanced diagnostic and surgical treatments. Based in the heart of London’s Harley Street medical district, the Centre provides a consultant-only service, meaning patients are seen by a specialist consultant throughout their care.

The London Ophthalmology Centre was founded by Mr Vik Sharma, Consultant Ophthalmologist and Clinical Director of the Centre. He is a highly respected eye surgeon specialising particularly in cataract and glaucoma treatment, with extensive experience in advanced glaucoma surgery, laser treatments, micro-incision cataract surgery and lens procedures. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and is on the GMC Specialist Register.

The Centre understands how important good vision is to maintaining independence, confidence and quality of life, particularly as we grow older. It provides assessment and treatment for cataracts and glaucoma, as well as eye health checks, vision correction and a range of specialist ophthalmic procedures.
